Todays Arm Routine will look something like this


3 sets everything is Super Set


1) Close Grip Bench Press** / Standing Barbell Curls
2) Weighted Dips (or Machine) / Seated Bicep Curls
3) Reverse Curls / Overhead Triceps Extensions
4) Hammer Curls / Tricep Pushdown

This gives you a total of 8 exercises and 24 sets


You may look at this and think the order is messed up, but this is an ISOLATION day.
Also since we are SuperSetting this order makes it easier to do so (Depending on how your gym is laid out)


** Note : When you do Close Grip Bench - Do a smaller ROM so you can focus on hitting the triceps hard.
