I just finished week 3 Burn Circuit.

I am having an issue. I have adjustable weights that go up in 2.5lb increments. Well, on lateral raises and the like....5lb is too light and 7.5lbs I can't keep form. I really don't know what to do to increase my strength on those moves. I don't have weighted gloves. I feel like I am not getting anything accomplished on those exercises.

Any suggestions?

    Fill a sock or panty hose with sugar or detergent and weigh it in your scale for one lb. then attach it to your weights with zip ties.

    Free and adjustable.

    Sand could work, too.
