Hi and welcome to the group.
Have you read the sticky about TDEE and BMR and worked your numbers out using the suggested calculator (Scooby)? I ask this because we are the same height, similar weight and my 'same number to eat every day' at 15% cut is 1750. With the number of hours you're working out I'd think you need to increase your calories more.
If you've been eating 1200 calories for quite a while it would be a good idea to consider a re-set. Again there's a sticky with info on doing that. Not sure of the name of it.
Feel free to add meand good luck with it all.

Hi Angelina
Yes I used Scoooby to do my figures but wanted to increase slowly! I'm not going to get as much exercising done for remainder of August as I have my daughter visiting and my sons wedding and also other family members here for the wedding ......so with that in mind I was scared of upping cals too much and putting weight on. I have only been doing 1200 cals since I jouned mfp beg July.
Saying all that and saying I wasn't going to weigh ..........I did today and have dropped 2lbs!! So I will try to continue 1500 - 1700 for next week or 2 and see what happens????0 -
Hi Janey, with the wedding on the horizon - how exciting! - I totally understand you taking it slowly. There's time enough to 'go for it' once the festivities are over. No rush0
