Struggling with calories on running days

I'm training for a half marathon so my week is 3 days lifting, alternated with 3 days of running and one days rest. On a run I sometimes burn 600+ calories and I'm not sure if im supposed to be eating them back or how I could possibly manage that at 9pm! Yesterday I had 900cals left but couldn't have eaten any more :/

    I'm on a similar program and have been eating them back. If I'm going to lift or run in the evening then I estimate how much I need to eat. I'm no expert but it's been working for me. Don't forget to stretch!

    Planning your food for the day will help that. I know my lifting/cardio schedule and pre-enter my food for the day so I don't come in too far under or over.
