Day Two: Going Paleo

Day two... Super tired.... Super drained. Hoping it gets better soon. I find it hard to push my workouts when I'm so pooped! Though this morning I woke up at 5 am and ready to go. With less than 8 hrs of sleep... this NEVER happens to me.

this happens to us all, don't panic! it takes a few days to shift and take it easy, Paleo and Primal both advocate moderate exercise

i would wait a week until you feel better then resume hard exercise.
stick to walking or something easy for now.
i fainted while doing a dance routine when i first started cutting carbs, so be careful!0
