Leg Routine

This is how I work my legs right now, because I am unable to do barbell squats due to ROM & Flexibility

Warm Up - 5mins bike various speeds and resistance

Squats : Warm Up Set - Body Weight x 20
Set #1 - 45lbs plate x 20
Set #2 - 35lbs plate x 20
Set #3 - 25lbs plate x 20
Set #4 - BW x 20

Hammer Strength Leg Press - 3sets x 8-12reps
Life Fitness Leg Press - 3sets x 10-15reps
Leg Extension - 3sets x 8-12reps
Leg Curl - 4sets x 8-12reps

Stretch for 10 minutes mostly focusing on legs.

I do 4 sets of Leg curl to burn on my Hamstrings because they are weaker than my Quads.

I would do calve raises but my calves are already ripped and when I do them I go super heavy so the next day they are destroyed
So I dont do them often but when I do I will do 3 sets of 8-12 reps on the Standing Calve Raise Machine
