Day 6 of level 2 (day 16 overall)
Took my progress measurements this morning and I am amazed to see the difference! I saw decreases in neck, bust, chest, waist, hips, thigh, upper arm and calf. Forearm and wrist stayed the same and my biggest loss was chest (3"!!). If anyone is interested in my results so far, feel free to check them out in my profile

I did level 2 day 10. So excited to be moving on to Level 3!!0 -

I just finished level 2 and did my measurements. I lost inches, but a low amount. I don't see as dramatic a result in level 2 as I did in level 1. maybe because level 1, my body was getting used to working out every day again?
So, on Sat, I did level 2, day 10, day 20 overall. Sunday, I move on to level 3.0
