    Tuesday - 5 miles running
    Thursday - 4 miles running
    Satuday - 10.2 miles running

    Total: 21.2 miles running

OK scaling back next week - my performance has been declining, and today was the 2nd bad long run in a row. I need to eat a little more, and sleep a little more, and rest some. Ahead of schedule anyway for my 1/2 on Sept 29th!

I just wanted to say how this weekly challenge has helped me.
6 weeks ago I couldn't even run 1/4 mile without stopping to walk.
I could walk forever but running for any length of time seemed so
hard for me. Saturday morning I ran over a mile before giving in
to the first walk. I was pretty astonished. Thank you for the motivation
    and support.
