Re-starting the prep schedule

Hey, all! I just have a quick question that I'm sure doesn't have a "right" answer, but I'm interested to hear what people think.
I started the prep schedule for Turbo Fire on July 9, and I was religious with the routines for about 2.5 weeks. Already have seen some fantastic results. However, a sudden change in plans found my husband and I planning to move four hours away in under two weeks. Needless to say, I took some time off from MFP and Turbo Fire for my own sanity.
I'm looking to start-up again either tomorrow or Monday because I have really missed the consistency of the workouts. My only question is, (A) do I pick up where I left off, or (B) do I resume my workout at week 5 instead of week 3. Edit: And then of course I just had another thought; do I restart the prep schedule completely? I didn't take pictures at the beginning of my last start and kind of regretting it at this point. That would allow me to have the befores and afters...decisions decisions...
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
