But today I finally graduated.
W8 was okay but W9 was a struggle and I kept having to walk
just after halfway so didn't want to graduate until did 3 non stop
runs on a row.
It took 7 goes to get 3 in a row but I managed it today.
I ran for 5K straight today in 36.27mins!!! My first 5K is in October
and I WAS aiming for about 34 mins but i might have to re-assess
that goal.
Thanks for reading
Keep running
Nicola

Well done, you did it, my first 5K was 37 minutes in June, I did 27 minutes on Tuesday gone, I now run 10k at least once a month too AND FYI, I didn't start running till Feb 2012 AND wasn't into sports even at school, you'll be under 30 minutes in no time.0
