Loss of Lean Body Mass

Anyone else out there measuring their body fat% with a Bod Pod?

I had some discouraging results - lost about 5 lbs of lean body mass in about 5 weeks of IP. Lost 8.7 lbs of body fat too, for a total of about 14 lbs in 5 weeks. I've been doing pilates about 4 times a week, so I thought that would be enough to maintain my lean body tissue, but looks like that is not the case.

I think I will have to add more calories, even more protein, and start lifting heavier weights than just resistance training with pilates equipment.

Anyone else out there in the same boat?
