Congrats to you! Wooohooo! I would love to do another challenge next month if I could include bike riding for the miles as well. I am going back to work in September and it would make it so much easier for me to use my bike in the mornings for exercise. So yes, please start another challenge and I'm definitely in!!!! = )0 -

Sadly I am going to be 1.5 mile under the 50 miles. I started the 30 day shred videos on Monday and I have been too sore most days to walk. When I did feel okay to walk it wasn't that far before the soreness came back.
