I've been messing with my profile and I'm stuck

I have somehow managed to changed my calorie goals from my modified scooby figures and its gone back to MFP recommended - 1200 cals per day, I cannot remember how I changed it and cant find anything that looks obvious

Can one of you please help/remind me on how do it - thanks
