Stage 1 Results with Pictures

I've never been bold enough to post anything this personal, so please be kind! And for whatever reason, my formatting is NOT working. SORRY!

Push-up ___ on-ground---> T with/good form

Step-ups___ 12 in step w/ 50lbs--->22 in step w/ 20 lbs
Prone Jackknife___ poor form---> good form + additional
Deadlift___ 55 lbs---> 100 lbs
Shoulder Press___ 15lbs/ arm---> 25lbs/ arm
Lat Pulldown___ 70 lbs---> 100lbs

Here’s what I notice: better posture, skinnier face, more definition, flatter stomach and midsection overall, the shorts in my pics aren’t pulling around my thighs, bigger light gap between my thighs, I can comfortably wear the shorts lower, my skin, especially on the lower half, is smoother (less cellulite?), I have to wear my bras on smaller notches but fill out the cups better, and my armpit flab is smaller.
I was on maintenance during stage 1, so I didn’t lose any weight and I fluctuated between 148 pounds -151.2, but I feel a LOT stronger.
I'm cutting cals to BMR on my weeks between stages and doing lots of cardio during those times to try to help lower my bf%.
