Wow, there are some amazing paleo/primal websites out there. But I'm drowning in info. Im still trying to make sense of what paleo is. I really need one good website for recipes, and preferably something I can look on my smart phone while I am shopping.

And I'd like to buy a book, or two, maybe used on Amazon too.

Please tell me what you are all using to learn about paleo updates and recipes.

Thanks!

If you don't already have a book explaining paleo, I'd suggest that above all else. I personally ready The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain and The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson. Both were great in explaining fundamentals and included recipes and plans.

    Websites:
Nomnompaleo.com -- she shows her daily meals for herself and her family
Paleomg.com -- she is goofy and fun and has some very tasty recipes. I love her, but her blogging style might not be everyone's cup of tea
Theclothesmakethegirl.com -- she also has THE MOST AMAZING cookbook called Well Fed

    Cook books:
Everyday Paleo by Sarah Fragoso -- paleo recipes for a family
Make It Paleo by Bill Staley and Hayley Mason -- awesome recipes with wonderful pictures
The Primal Blueprint Cookbook by Mark Sisson
    Well Fed by Melissa Joulwan
