Before (3 months ago): 128 lbs, working out maybe 2-3x a week, all cardio
After (yesterday): 130 lbs, working out daily and incorporating strength training 4x a week
Not muchhh difference, but I've lost inches and gained a LOT of muscle! Just goes to show you shouldn't always just trust the scale
