Alright guys! Sorry this is a tad late, seems like Sunday is always super busy! Here are a few challenges, hope this helps!
1) Stay within your calorie goal! Whether you eat back exercise cals or not is your call, but at least within what you set
2) Exercise at least 20 minutes daily (or an additional 10 minutes longer than you normally do)
3) Either choose to walk instead of drive or go for an addition to your normal work out walk at least 3 times this week.
4) Try a new fruit or veggie
5) Get your water in!
