8/11 = 3 miles @ Warrior Dash -- outcome: bruised sternum (crashed chest-first into hay bales at the bottom of the slip n slide. OUCH!) Hoping this doesn't set my training back too much. Will see :ohwell:

Bruised is OK, I broke my ribs, and still could run :drinker: so you will be OK. You be OK, (I hope)! Wow on the Warrior Dash, only done the mud race so far and it was a LOT of fun!!!0 -

I might do one more run before TransRockies, which starts on Tuesday, August 14. Probably won't be posting anything until I am done, on or around the 20th. Suffice to say that TransRockies will be 120 miles in 6 days. Wish me luck! :happy:
