I just wanted to quickly say that I'm totally astounded by the tremendous support and encouragement I constantly get from my MFP friends - it honestly makes such a difference. Having you guys is seriously incredible and it's a joy to be sharing my weight loss journey with you all.
Sometimes you just need someone else to confirm that you're not crazy, not alone, and that what you're going through is normal and that you'll get through it.
A huge thank you to you all. I never knew complete strangers could be so generous with their friendship and kindness, particularly to someone they've never met! So thank you.
I am ALWAYS open to new friends - let's help each other get healthy and succeed on our journeys to better health!
