Level 3 day 1 . . . . I'm doing it on utube because I don't have a dvd in my basement. . and the video cuts out in the middle. . .

Does anyone have a link that would give me the entire video?????????????? I was so bummed out I missed some of it!!! I did jump on my elyptical for a while . . .

    Day 7 of Level 2...have I mentioned lately how ready I am to move on from planks? So ready :)

    Had a really off day yesterday so I took a rest day...I'm finding it really difficult to stick to working out on weekends so my new goal is 1 out of 2 on weekends. I've been having trouble finding a time when I'm not starving but also haven't eaten recently enough that jumping around won't make me queasy...anyway, enough of my whining!

    For the youtube video...I'm not much help as I use an Amazon Instant Video or the DVD (both came with the DVD). I have seen lists of the exercises though so maybe you could freestyle it with those during the gap?

    Level 2 Day 10 Complete!

    It still killed me I don't feel much better about it! Level 3 looks horriffic!!

    I'm very happy with the results so far though!
    From the start on July 12:
    Down 2" waist, 1/2" hips, 1" thighs and 4.6 lbs!

    One more level to go!!!
