Just wanted to say bye to everyone on here, thanks for all the help and good luck!! I did my last run last week and am now moving on to Bridge to 10k.
This is the second time I've completed C25k...I firmly believe in this program. It has seriously changed my life!
I'll still log in and check with you guys and offer what advice that I can.

congratulations on completing c25k kat and also for having a new goal! I am sure you will find 10k a breeze to do..I am very proud of you!0

Thanks Blue! Lol, I did not do well my first run. That last 10 minute run interval got me so I'm going to do week 1 again ;-)0
