Dumbbell Bench Press : One Warm-Up Set
4 Working Sets
Cable Fly : 4 Working Sets
Incline Chest Press Machine : 3 Working Sets
Pec Dec(Fly) Machine : 3 Working Sets
Dip (Machine) Wide Grip : 3 Working Sets
Tricep Pushdown : 3 Working Sets
One Hand Tricep Pulldown : 4 Working Sets (2 each arm)
Pushups (Wide Grip) : 2 sets til failure
I go until I can't do anymore. Burn the muscle out and give it a good week of rest to repair and grow.
