Hello All,

What resources do you use to findout about competitons? I would be a first time competitor. Thinking of entering a competition as a personal goal.

    This site has been a good resource for me in finding natural competitions. I also get a listing from my coaches, but all of those competitions are also on this site.

    There are a lot of different federations in which to compete. The NPC (National Physique Committee) is one of the largest in the US and put on a lot of shows. You can go to their website (http://www.npconline.com) and search their competitions.

    There's also the WBFF and Fitness USA and other smaller Natural Body Building federations that also have their own show schedules.

    NPC is the one i am going through hoping to do the one in Kentucky march of next year
