Hi everyone!

We just got the ten week notice, and I stepped on the scale and realized I'm in trouble. I've got to shead 12 pounds in 9 weeks. Yikes! This will be my final weigh in for the Navy before I retire. I've never failed before, and I don't want to start now. So I'm here for support, suggestions or anything else.

Absolutely good luck! At least you have time to do it in a safe effective way!

My 2 cents - quit soda if you haven't already. I always dropped 5 - 10 lb in a month when I cut it out. Best of luck!

Just stick with MFP, and it'll come off easily. No tricks to it, just pure discipline.

Thanks for the encouragement. I have dropped the sodas and moved on to water. I've also cut out most processed stuff. So far, so good. I just hate the biannual weight battle. And worse, I'm scared of what my weight will be when I DON'T have to weigh in anymore.
