My name is Frank Nickman, and I'm a loser!
42lbs. down, 18 lbs. to go...started losing on 6/1 at 206 lbs. and hope to finish by 11/1 at 146lbs and keep it off for good...hard to admit but I lost 1st and 2nd place at Vertafore 8-week Lose to Win contest by less than a pound!!! and came in 3rd, oh well.
...That being said; who's running the HealthPoint 5k Walk/Run on 8/25 in Bothell? I am of course and a few others here in Support I talked into registering, our team name is Vertafore Vikings and we have orange sweatbands I bought for our team, I have a few to spare.
...Anyone here goes to VisionQuest in Canyon Park? let's talk working out some workouts/classes
...I live in Bothell and bike to work, anyone up for group biking on the weekends, while this summer lasts?
...Group walks? I break at 7:30ish am, 10:00ish for lunch, and 12:45ish my 2nd break, then off on my bike at 2:30 to gym, any takers? just Lync me,
