I am competing in my first bikini competition in 10 days. I am between 13 and 14 %. I know I need to drink a lot of water probably starting this Sunday and Monday, and taper off. I have been doing cardio twice daily and about an hour of strength training. 1800-2000 calories per day (I get up at 0330-0400 and go to bed between 2100-2200). I was hoping for some suggestions as to what else I should be doing next week (peak week) I've read a lot, but I would love some personal opinions. Exercise, diet, etc. Also plan on starting Cellucor's L2 on Monday as well to get rid of water as well.

stay plump and round in all the right places. The water weight helps with that unless you tend to be on the long lanky side of muscle shape.
If you can afford to loose water weight and/or want to remove all bloat, go low carb for the next week. Especially the day of comp. Eat only omega 3, 6 EFA and complete proteins. That will prevent all bloat.

Thank you! The super low carbness starts tomorrow, although I've only eaten sweet potato, oatmeal, and butternut squash yesterday, and today. I mean in the way of carbs. Eating a ton of chicken breast! Asaparagus and cabbage are on the menu too, to help with the water shedding.0
