Hi everyone,
Was down to only 7lbs to go but now back up to the last 10lbs! Very difficult!
Just wondering what type of excercise does everyone do and how often?

Hi Sam,
I practice and teach Bikram yoga. I take about 5 classes per week. My opinion is that no one type of exercise is superior to any other. In my 20's I was obsessed with swing dancing and went out about 4x per week along with a few classes. I sweat a lot, my partners didn't seem to mind, and my weight was good.
Its more important I think to find something that will hold your interest. Don't run or spin if you hate it. You will just resent the whole 'diet' lifestyle. Everyone can find an activity that will get them motivated.
Since I read in the NYTimes that weight loss is achieved w/80% diet and 20% exercise, my whole perspective on this has changed. Exercise is important! Just not as much as diet. So better to find exercise that you will look forward to everyday.0
