New to MFP!

Hi everyone,

I am new to MFP. I have done Michelle Bridges' 12WBT program which taught me about what healthy eating was and i love it!

I have now set my goal of 10kg weight loss by 30th September and was wondering is anyone else setting similar goals? I would love to meet some likeminded MFP members so please introduce yourself and your goal(s) so we can support eachother and celebrate our progress!

    I'm posting here cause i don't like to see threads that go unanswered.

    I don't agree with the mb 12wbt, what I don't agree with is, the not eating of the exercise calories, but that's a whole other story.
