Got this idea from the forums on kids..Why not Grandkids?

My 16 mo old grandaughter runs around my love seat every day with a pedometer attached to her diaper and she hates chocolate.

My 4 yr old grandaughter hates sweets and eats fruits every day. She dances and is joining gymnastics class.

My 24 yr old grandaughter insist I eat more to lose weight and she put me on MFP and she looks FABULOUS after baby born.

My 24 yr old old Grandson doesn't eat fried foods.

My 19 yr old Grandson has a terrific body/ 6 pack and ALL.

My 18 yr old Grandson just started UGA.....He runs every day.

My GREAT grandson loves everything, he eats vegs, fruits, and healthy foods. He also has a pedometer attached at his diaper and runs around my love seat 4 days a week, and dances to all Nannas music.

And they are all GORGEOUS, LOVING, HEALTHY and WISE kids.....

GET THE IDEA?

I have 5 grandkids, they are my world. My oldest, Jordan, is 13 and I pretty much raised him along side my son. He is my best bud, he tells me anything and everything he can't tell anyone else, cause since he was about a year old, I hung a sign in my kitchen, "what happens at gramma's stays at gramma's, and he knows he can tell me anything. I adore him. Next, is Johnathan, my 12 year old. He is a sweetie, with alot of challenges. He has Asburgers, but he deals with it and is happy. Logan is 7 and is hysterical, the things that child comes up with is funnier than any comedy show. Amy is my only girl, sooooo, of course, she is my beauty. Caden is 10 months old, so adorable and happy, crawling all over the place. There is nothing in this world like grandkids.

Di--you are definitely raising yours to be fit and healthy.
Riley--I love that "what happens at gramma's stays and gramma's." You are lucky to have them all so close. Ours are across the country from us.

Ok here goes. I have 5 grandchildren. I love them all so much.
1st my Lily love bug. She is going to be 8 end of next month and we have done Lily and taco Tues for the past 6 years. I love having here here and she draws me pictures and tells me I am her favorite GG.

2nd. My Lizzie bug. She is 4 and won the Lily Lemon contest this past Feb at the Citrus Fair here in town. For her talent contest she was singing "American Honey" , messed up and said "that is ok I have another song to sing" and sang twinkle twinkle little star. She cracks me up with the things she says and we are always role playing. Last time she was here Papa was the Vet and we had to take the puppy to get his leg fixed.

3rd Is my grandson Jacob. He was born Jan 1st and was the 1st baby of the New Year here in our town. He is now 3 1/2 and I don't get to see him as much as I would like too, so it makes it hard when he is here, as he does not know us that well.

4th would be Evan. He is going to be 2 in 2 more weeks and he has the biggest eye lashes and eyes just like his Daddy. He is now starting to say Geee when he sees me and gives me hugs and kisses.

5th is new baby girl Riley. She is just 2 months old and has the cutest chubby arms! Can't wait till she is old enough to have Riley day.

I try to have a day that is just theirs alone.

Now as most of you know, these are not my blood grands, BUT, I love them none the less if they were and feel blessed that I have them and we get to be GG and Papa for them. They mean the world to me.

ISSYFIT,if my grandkids moved away, my heart would probably stop beating. They are everything to me. They are not judgemental, love me for better or worse, think I am funny even when I am not. They think no one can cook like Gram, even if it's pbj!!!

You are very lucky to have them close. We drove out to Ohio a year ago to visit them but that was before the second one was born, in fact that is when we learned she was pregnant again. Then my daughter was out here for a conference last May and brought Sam, age 2, with her but not the baby. We are hoping to get out to Ohio sometime before the end of the year to meet our grandson who is 8 mo. now. Edited to add--we do Skype regularly.
