Grade 11 : Age 17 - 240 Pounds. This is when I decided to change.
Grade 12 : Age 17 - Over 60+ Pounds lost from playing basketball+running+cleaner eating
From the years 18-20: I had stayed thin and was moving furniture, After the age of 19 I had moved away and wasn't working. I was very depressed with the situation I was in and moved back home and after a couple months of drinking I decided again that I need to change before I was right back to where I was or even worse.

It's just really amazing, and a very power testament to what fitness can do. Nice V or obliques whatever they're called, haha.0

Thanks alot man!
I believe diet, dedication and intensity are the three most important factors
As far as being motivated I'm obviously motivated by the changes I see in my own body, finding new music to workout to (I love music), and I also like to follow a few people on youtube (POG, ChooseFitness, Campbell Fitness, TigerFitness & sometimes Hodge Twins) They also help to keep me motivated because I see them making gains and I have followed a few of their routines and they have worked really well for me. Also seeing them at the gym and putting in work always makes me want to go and do the same!0 -

I always called it the Pelvic V before0 -
Awesome transformation!
How tall are you, and how long did it take you to lose those 60 lbs?0 -
height : 6'1
I had lost the 60 pounds back in grade 12
From the months of October - June ( 9 months )
It was all due to basketball, running & diet. I didn't start going into the gym until just last year.
Started going to the gym at age 20 June 2, 2011 and I was 6'1 at 211 pounds.
I am now 22 at 6'1 and 182 pounds.0 -
Same here I'm wondering how tall are you Because I use to weigh 240 but now I'm 226 and I am 6 '1 I was wondering if me and you are the same height so I can know how much I should really try to lose for.0

Thats all personal preference
I'm looking to be athletic, not a huge bodybuilder type dude. At least for now.
If your looking to be the same then I suggest aiming for 185pounds-190pounds
Your well on your way man, just stick with it!
Diet, Dedication & Intensity are what I tell people are three of the biggest factors.
Keep with it and you will get there and beyond!
