Daily check in: Friday August 10

First day of level 3 an I'm thinking the purpose of level 2 was to make us grateful for level 3 lol. I'm finding the amount of planks a lot more manageable but for (I think) the first time since starting this, the cardio is really difficult. My little legs just get worn out! Lol

So I want to thank the people in this group...this morning the support system I've put in place for myself kicked in. I somehow set my alarm to silent (why is that even an option?!?!) and woke up about 15min late. I thought I would take a rest day so I could make my train on time. Then I thought the following:

I want to be able to check in with this group and share that I made it to level 3
I want to read updates from others on level 3 and have a clue what they're talking about
I want to check into four square and get my earndit points
I want to eat all the food I planned but I know better than to think I will work out on a Friday night

Then I realized that for some unknown reason, I had pre-packed my lunch last night so I got to do all those things! I didn't understand before that accountability could work in a positive way (wanting to keep up) as opposed to a negative way (dreading the feeling of not keeping up)...so glad I do now!

    News - thats awesome you got up even late and got it done! This is a great group! I love to red what everyone is up to and what they are thinking about the next steps in our journey! I agree that the cardio is killer. I can't do those rock star things! My legs just won't move . . I do knees up instead most of the time!

    I still wish the pounds were falling off but I keep reminding myself that I'm losing inches! My clothes are annoyingly big at this point so that helps!

    Level 3 Day 4! Still loving Level 3 the best! I do not like the Rock Star jumps either. Mostly because all the jumping I'm afraid to wake up the whole house! I do a few and then do the squat jumps instead.

    Way to go everyone! I agree it is nice to have all of you to keep me accountable. When I wake up tired or sleep late I too know I want to also be able to check in with you all and stay up with you so we can finish this!! We will be done soon!!!
