ok i'm 5ft 2 inches and started out at 140-142 back in oct and i am almost 36. I am now 123/124, it's been a long process and slow but i am getting there. Now my dr said she wanted me at 122 no less then 120 but i am not sure why? I feel that i am just a smaller version of myself now and i don't really see the changes at all... even though i know i have dropped 16-18lbs and 3-4 sizes in clothes... I still see the love handles, lower tummy, etc when i look back at pics of me at this weight prior i looked so different. I know that was before i had my son who will be 6 but i thought i would of looked a whole lot better at this weight then i do... so now i am not sure what to do? shall i go less the the 120lbs? I loved when i was 115 but it was hard to maintain and it seemed my comfort spot was 120-125 for many many years.... not sure if losing more weight will help me reduce the extra fat i still have on me or not? what are your thought?

oh and i am doing 30 ds currently for the second time and i have done ripped in 30 as well and i will be re doing it again when i am done 30ds again.....

I also am pretty much at my goal weight but still see that dreaded belly pooch hanging on for dear life. My trainer, and many people on this board, say abs is 80% diet. Monitor your fat intake. That is what I am trying to do.

my fat intake is good, i think all mine are good except protein is a bit low still and somedays i go over in carbs a bit but nothing huge. I just am stuck in what to do now since the weight is in the target zone.. i am no where near a gym, can't afford to join one anyway and can't afford to buy any heavy weight or home...

Do you have netflix? They have some decent video on demand workouts.
The wii fit is also fun and has come way down in price. My Mom loves the wii Zumba.
If you live somewhere where it is safe to walk, you could take brisk walks, push ups, sit ups, yoga etc at home doesn't need equipment.

no i don't have that. Also with how my days go, getting outside to get exercise will be slim to none. I'm up at 5:30 and get home at 6 ish. by the time i cook supper do homework with my son, give him a bath and send him to bed... i have to clean and do the dishes. make lunches for the next day, etc I usually have no time, so ifi got a dvd in a 9 till 9:30 i'd be lucky and then i need to be in bed for 10.... so it's kind late at night to go for a walk, etc. I don't want to make excuses but i don't have much time and i need to make the most of what i do end up getting...

It sounds like you need to add resistance training to your workouts. Check out BodyRock.TV on the web or YouTube. They also have an app for iPhone and Android. They are awesome, super short, super intense interval workouts, 20 min or less that leave you majorly wiped out. Plenty are bodyweight only, or there is also some minimal equipment that they use. Losing more weight might not be the best at this point.
