Normally I am at the gym by 530 and on the treadmill at 540. I do my C25K runs there. I took the day off from work today and decided to run outside - wasn't prepared at all for how much the hills were going to kick my butt. Mapmyrun measured it at 3 miles and +272ft and HC5/2 - an easy hill run. LIARS!

Now I will have to try it again tomorrow and beat those hills!

    Hills are indeed challenging and a great addition to a run. Sounds like you have a mind to conquer them. I find myself talking to myself to get up the hills which seems to work so far...LOL. W7 D3 for me tomorrow morning... hills and all :)

    I have a hill on my run and it kills me! I run out around my neighborhood. but I figure at least it is pushing me harder :)

    Even though I am at the week 7 I still have to do walk run intervals for hills. We have this park that has awesome hills that will probably be my go to destination this fall when it is cold again.
