Hey, I have been surfing youtube and created a whole bunch of workout playlists that auto play a full workout. There are commercials, but those are water breaks!

They are from Gilad who is pretty dorky, but he's AWESOME at explaining very clearly how to correctly do an exercise. Some of the videos use weights, but most can also be done without.
