Just had my thyroid removed recently. Does anyone have any good advice to offer on living without one now?

    It's a journey that's for sure. If you read through the thread here you will glean a lot of information. Tecallahan, has a lot of recommendations and information. Tecallahan has been dealing with Thyroid problems for a long time and is very knowledgeable on the subject.
