Weirdest Thing...

I just got a sliver on my tongue from a dried spice (either thyme, basil or oregano...). I'm almost 40 and have never experienced this. Has anyone had this happen before? It's very uncomfortable, feels like glass when I swallow or move my tongue. lol I've tried to brush my tongue, but I guess it won't leave until it's ready. I wish fresh herbs were available where I live, but they are not. :frown:
It's not a joke; but it is funny!

Ow...not good. I hope it is just a small cut, and that nothing is still stuck in your tongue. On the up side the mouth seems to heal quite quickly, so hopefully you will feel ok again soon.0

OUCH! If it is not a very big cut you can rinse your mouth with salt water or 1/2 hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 water...spit out.don't swallow.....peroxide is actually a good thing to swish mouth clean.....
If it gets angry....see your Dr.0
