How would I use HIIT on bis/tris?
I do use HIIT on treadmill, bike, stair climber and elipitical two or three times a week, I cant see any difference but I feel like I am killing myself so its probab working.

I got a dvd from body building and Ava Cowan says she uses HIIT and so thats what i do
I use each machine for 6 minutes,
so I start on stair climber I climb as hard as i can (4 level) for 1 minute then down easy (level 2 ) for 1 minute, no break in between
then elipictal 1 minutes as hard as i can then one easiser
then bike 1 minute around 140-150 then slow it up to around 70 for 1 minute
then run 1 minute as fast as i can then walk
so I total around 24 minutes if i am not dead then i get back on bike for a few more minutes
