HIT and Strenghtening Machines
Hello, AsrarHussain or anyone else doing HIT, Do you also use HIT when doing the strengthing machines at the gym, or only when lifting with bumbbells or barbells? When the using the strenghing machines would the standard 3 sets of 12 or 15 be best? Thanks for your replys in advance. :)

How would I use HIIT on bis/tris? I do use HIIT on treadmill, bike, stair climber and elipitical two or three times a week, I cant see any difference but I feel like I am killing myself so its probab working. thanks Re
