Adding nutrients to NZ foods

So I've found a lot of NZ foods have very simple nutritional information (eg carbs, protein, fat, sodium only).
If there's a simple ingredient that we know the nutritional info for, should we add in that info?
For example:
I buy NZ-brand rolled oats.
I want to track my iron intake.
NZ-brand oats don't list iron in nutrition. info.
But, I know 100g of rolled oats has about 10% RDI iron.
Is it better to assume that NZ-brand oats also has 10% iron per 100g, or leave it as is?

Probably safe to assume the 10% but could you email the company and ask?0
