Feel Like Bingeing

I have a bowl of pudding in the fridge right now and I can't stop thinking about it. I had a portion of it after supper and I wish I hadn't. It would have been much easier for me to just not have any than to control myself right now.

I am not going to throw it away because my son loves it. I should be able to control myself and I hate wasting food and money.
I'm keeping busy with exercising and laundry.

So tell me, would you just throw it away or would you work through it?

    I would work through it honey! Your son is always going to want pudding... it's always going to be around.

    If you're a chocolate fanatic like me there are these wonderful chocolate covered frozen bananas that I've used to replace all those desserts I used to love. They're in my food journal too if you want to check out the nutrition facts.
