I keep reading about how good bulletproof coffe is for you. I was just doing some research and apparently you should only be using coffee with no mold. Where do you get your mold free coffee from? I live in Canada, so not sure if it will be as easily accessable to me. Also, what do you put in yours? And where did you get it from? thanks!!!

I use a very strong columbian coffee with 1T of unsalted grain free butter and 1T of coconut oil. I also throw in about 2T coconut milk with about 1tsp of either cinnamon or nutmeg. Blend it in my magic bullet and good to go. Absolutely delish and comes out very frothy.

You can of course buy them from bulletproof executive.. or buy only high mountain beans, preferably arabaca. Another option is to roast your own green high mountain beans affordably, that is what I'm considering.
