Question on calories

I am wondering at what point you change from a 15% cut to a 10% cut? I have 22 pounds to lose so just wondering where I should fit in (wanna make sure I do this correct to get results this time) Also my exercise varies between 5-10 hours per week, Probably averages about 7 hours. Should I go on the side of caution and do the activity for 5 hours or go with the average of 7 hours? (Admittedly I am trying to focus on working out 5 days a week where previously it was 4 days a week)

    I would go with 7 hours for your activity since that's your average. As to the first question, I know many people go to 10% or even 5% when it's that last little bit of weight. I'm not sure what others are doing on that though as for how many pounds left when they switch to a smaller cut.

    I would start off with 10% and see how it goes.
    Also don't forget to make frequent diet breaks especially when you are close to your goal weight
