    Oh the joy of heavy lifting. I have to watch the mirror and clothes because my weight on the scale is a number that I used to wear a size 10 before. I wear a 6 and some 4's. Plus i am building the physique I always wanted.

    So be encouraged and stay focused on what you want to look like and not the scale.
