Ok ladies!! No more excuses from me! I am starting the 1 mile a day/ 5 days a week challenge! Who wants to join me?? Any 5 days from Monday til Friday, at least 1 mile of Walk away the Pounds and then come here and post once you do it!! We can do it together!!!

WOOHOO!! I ended up doing just shy of 2 miles! My back pain cut me short by like 5 minutes! I pushed through 10 minutes more then I thought I could so I am really happy!!! Tomorrow I get an epidural injection in my back so I will actually be out for working out for a day or 2 so I am going to walk before I go and then will take a break til Thursday and then Thursday, Friday and Sunday will round out my 5 days.. thats my plan anyway0
