So, last Tuesday I added a chest press machine to my routine. I did it for the second time today, and wasn't quite able to squeak out a full 2 sets of 12 reps at 50 lbs (only made it to 11 on the second set). I was disappointed, but chalked it up to TOM, as sometimes I fatigue a bit more easily.
But when I logged my workout, I saw that last Tuesday I had only managed to squeak out 2 sets of 7 reps at the same weight! Go me! :happy:
