Any one try it? I picked one up at the store yesterday with only 1 net carb per serving. What's your opinion?

    Personally I avoid soy, but sun butter (made of sunflower seeds) and cashew butter are amazing. The carbs do sound good on the soy butter though

    Thanks. I don't eat nut butters often, so any ill effects of soy won't really have an impact.

    Soy is complete and utter garbage and you'd do well to find another alternative in a nut or seed butter.
