    25NS Goal: 175 lbs
    Game plan: Logging food and choosing correctly for food choices (Fiber/protein balance); Walk at least 3x week for 30 minutes or more; Zumba or other calorie burning aerobics 1-2 x week; and light strength training for toning as I lose. Have my 3 daughters helping for support and back-up.
    This is a great group idea...looking forward to giving and receiving encouragement.

    What's your game plan: For exercise, lots of walking and light jogging + 30 Day Shred. For food, calorie counting and meeting my protein targets.

    To keep up with what I have been doing: Cardio/Tone Classes 3x's a week, Stength/Abs Classes 2x's a week, Elliptical 4x's a week. And of course MFP! :)
