Super Confused!

CLX Push phase... anyone find that they are having/had trouble with lifting the same amount of weight they did for 10-12 reps in the Burn phase for 6-8 reps in Push phase? I am having that issue with biceps curls and single arm tricep. I wonder if it is due to having a little rest in the combo moves....i.e. Squat then bicep curl, squat again before another bicep curl. I just started Push phase today.

Did I not record the right weights the entire Burn phase. SO CONFUSED!

    I can't help. I used bands for Burn and bought weights for the other 2 cycles. Hope someone can give you some info.

    I lift heavier for the bicep curls in Push but the triceps are a little harder for me. My first workout in Push I did the same weight for the tricep extensions and I intend on going up by 2 pounds tonight for them.
