Level 3 day 8 . . . .still can't do rockstars so I went with the oblique twists that someone else mentioned. . worked much better for me!
Did my elyptical for 20 minutes after too.
I'd love to start Ripped in 30 in the same timeframe as others . . keeps me motivated!

Level 3 day 3. Still terrible at the rock star jumps and the lunge jump things. I like the little sumo hops though...they make me feel far more graceful than I actually am.
I'm thinking of taking a break after day 30 so I can try some other workouts without doubling up or taking a rest day (maybe like a week) but then I'm definitely down to start Ripped in 300 -
Today will be L3/4. I didn't do it yesterday. I didn't want to. :sad:0
