I have been using 25 minutes of general aerobics, but how many calories are we burning?

I think that really depends on the person and how hard you push yourself during the workout. I tracked mine by using my HRM and I burned about 200 calories. But I am sure if I really pushed myself I might be able to burn a little bit more.0

According to my HRM I burn between 180-190.0

I did a search- a lot of ppl log it as 'circuit training general' 20 or so minutes. Ive been doing that and getting a pinch under 200 cals. I see a lot of folks with their HRM get about 200.. so Im going with about 200 for now. (must get a HRM)
Makes me want to run so I get another 200 or so cals burned but- then again- I feel so successful even if this is all I did today.0 -
I completed Day 1 Level 1 today and my HRM said I burned 246 calories. I think it depends on the person and how hard you are working.0

I logged mine as calisthenics today, since push-ups, sit ups, lunges, jumping jacks, and squats are technically calisthenics. I don't know how correct that is, but it seems to fit the type of workout pretty well. I need to get a HRM...0
